Unwinders

The FIMTech unwinders are available in a range of standard models, but unwinders to fulfil specific customer requirements can also be delivered.

Some of the outstanding features of a FIMTech unwinder are not easily seen from the exterior and includes functions like:
  • Advanced motion control of motors
  • Web break detection without need of sensors
  • Optimal use of the festoon function to avoid wrinkles
  • Automatic detection of outer diameter of new roll
Production speed up to 500 meters per minute is available as standard.

Rewinders

Our rewinders are developed and designed specifically for rewind of large rolls from processed and laminated multilayer webs.

The units are well suited for rewind of materials where the web thickness is uneven distributed across the web width.

The rewinders can be delivered complete including automatic pallet loading.
